Role: Lead designer
Project: Creating mock brands and ads for Yahoo for Sales examples of different brand categories for go-to-market materials. Includes retail (Unique Style, Chill’d and Fresh Juice).
Ad 1: Unique Style
Logo Placement:
The logo is prominently placed at the top, ensuring brand recognition at first glance.
Visual Hierarchy:
The arrangement of elements leads the viewer’s eye from the top (logo) to the call-to-action (CTA) at the bottom. This logical flow maintains engagement.
Consistent Color Palette:
The ad uses cohesive purples and pastels, which align with the brand's stylish and unique positioning.
Imagery:
The product visuals (nail polish, abstract cubes, and fashion imagery) communicate creativity and style effectively.
Call-to-Action (CTA):
The CTA, "Shop Uniquely," is clear, centered, and stands out with a soft purple button that complements the design.
Use of Icons:
The icons at the top add additional context for services or features, making the ad multifunctional and informative.
Ad 2: Chill'd
